Store Manager
High-end women’s fashion boutique featuring Italian and US apparel, jewelry & accessories.
Full time – year round.
Looking for energetic, positive-thinking, seasoned professional
Responsibilities
· Supervise 4 sales associates.
· Manage and work sales floor.
· Grow and maintain client relationships.
· Be competent with point-of-sale system, data entry and computer troubleshooting.
· Be familiar with the use of all Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Maintain cleanliness standards for the store; keep store displays neat.
· Train new hires; advise employees on improved sales techniques.
Work Schedule
· 32-40 hrs. per week
· Some evenings (closings at 7 pm), some Saturdays
Store Hours: Monday - Saturday 10 AM - 7 PM. Sundays 12 - 6 PM. (In Season Fridays & Saturdays until 7:30 PM)
Compensation and Benefits
· $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience and education
· Participation in monthly store sales-based bonus pool
· Separate manager store sales-based bonus during high-season (Dec. – April)
· Initial 2 weeks paid vacation (May – Sept)
· Employee sales discount (50% off)
Education and Experience
· 2-4 years college
· 3-5 years as manager or assistant manager of retail boutique, or corporate store
Other Requirements
· Minimum of 3 non-family references
· Previous client list desirable
· Resident of Lee or Collier County
